Have you spoke to your doctor and do you take medication? If not you have to get medication for the anxiety. I had terrible anxiety and doctor gave me various medication and I found propanolol was the best but i don’t know what you can do about the bi-polar but your doctor should be already treating you for that. Excellent Luck

You can not simply ‘control’ chronic anxiety and bi-polar disease. A formal diagnosis of these 2 conditions can only have come from your GP or counsellor so you should be being prescribed the right medication to match the diagnosis. Worrying about how to control it, whilst taking care of two boys, will only make you more stressed and nervous. You do not say when these conditions were diagnosed but if it is recently then you may be able to help yourself by doing regular breathing exercises and taking a few minutes each day to de-stress and clear your mind of all the things which cause you to worry. Coming to terms with anxiety or any chronic stress related disorder can take time but there are many support services out there to help you through this. Talk to your GP/Counsellor and check out services local to you which provide support for people with stress/anxiety. You may be surprised at just how many there are and how many other people in your area endure from stress/anxiety.

I dont know for myself yet but I’m currently researching this natural suppliment/vitamin that can help with anxiety and other mental health problems it called GABA(gamma-aminobutyric acid )
Check the link, read about it and see if it sounds right for you. You can find this suppliment at target(schiff’s stress relief capsules) and online vitamin shops for $6-$20 depending on mg’s, brand, and how many capsules.

Low GABA levels in the brain are knows to be a cause of many mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.

I will soon be experimenting with this suppliment :)

Also a further tip: Sometimes just getting outside sitting in the sun can help the sun is a splendid source of vitamin D (Vitamin D benefits include longer life, less disease, fewer infections, less depression, stronger bones, less pain and less inflammation.)
